Which one would you say it's better? Internal version or External Version for Gmod?

I want to use it on American Servers like MafiaRP, Project: Synapse, Impulse HL2RP, does anyone know is it work on those servers?

Hi, works on all servers in all modes and is undetected, both internal and external versions.
Internal version has more functionality and is more stable, but it costs more.
