  • Exchanges are only possible if an incorrect subscription was purchased by mistake, not used, and you want to exchange it for another equivalent value within the first 24 hours.
  • Refunds are not possible if you have lost in-game items, your account has been suspended and/or banned.
  • Refunds are not possible if your personal computer does not meet the system requirements of the product.
  • Refunds are not possible if the subscription was purchased for referral credits.
  • Refunds are not possible if the subscription was activated with a product key.
